Pre order for dies to be delivered mid October

Glitter, Glitter on The Wall die that is steel ruled and cleanly cuts thick materials, The die will cut through all of our fabrics including our chunky glitter fabrics, plus all of these: card stock, chipboard, fabric, foam, magnet, leather, metallic foil, paper and sandpaper (in limited use). Make your bows come to life by adding our cute critters ear range to your bows.

Please note that this die DOES NOT make bow.

Die will make:
2x different style bunny ears
2x dufferent style antlers
1x unicorn horn
1x standard animal ear shape

These have been designed by Glitter,Glitter On The Wall and are not available anywhere else.

This die is designed for use only with the Sizzix BIGkick, Sizzix Big Shot and Vagabond machines and requires the use of a pair of standard Cutting Pads.

Payments

Australian Residents please note: 10% gst will be added to your purchase.

Unless special payment arrangements are made with me prior to purchase, payment in needed via credit or debit card on PayPal or Etsy within three (3) business days of purchase. In the event that an item is not paid for within the required time period and I have not heard from the the purchaser, I may cancel the sale and re-list the item. If there is any problem with payment, please convo me with the details. I am more than happy to be flexible if kept informed of any issues.

Shipping from Australia

Shipping generally occurs within 3-5 business days upon receipt of payment.

For domestic orders, I ship through the Australia Post with delivery to you generally within 3-6 days depending upon your location (some regional areas may take longer). If you wish to have the item sent by registered post or via express postage, please let me know before placing your order.

For international orders, I ship via Australia Post Air Mail. Delivery will generally take 10-15 business days unless there are delays beyond my control within the postal network or due to weather. All orders are untracked unless express or DHL Shipping is selected. If you want to add tracking to your delivery or expedited shipping, please let me know before purchasing for different options and the associated additional charges. Your shipping addresses on Easy should be up to date, I will ship to the ETSY address by default, even if you paid via PayPal.

For international buyers: You are responsible for the payment of any import duties, taxes, customs charges and other such fees associated with imports (these are not charges levied by Oliver & May). I can't mark items you have purchased as a "gift" on the customs forms as this is against the law.

Once goods are handed over to Australia Post for shipping I cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered parcels nor parcels being sent to old or incorrect addresses. If you wish to upgrade postage to be registered or express posted, please contact me prior checkout for additional charge or prior items are dispatched post purchase.

Refunds

I personnally check and carefully pack all items for shipping. It is for this reason that if you find your item defective in any way, whilst I am more than happy to replace item, return postage will be at buyers cost. If the item is no longer available, a full refund will be given upon return of the purchased item.

If you want to refund or exchange an item, please note that returned items must be returned in their original condition and packaging within 14 business days of your receipt of the item as indicated by the delivery confirmation. Refunds will be processed once the product is received and its original condition is verified or proof of return if provided. Unfortunately, shipping charges will not be refunded and buyers are responsible for return shipping charges. If you paid by PayPal, you will receive a refund to your PayPal account - less shipping charges.

If you receive an item which was damaged during transit, please make sure to 1) contact me, 2) document the damage including a photo and 3) contact Australia Post. I will do all that I can to rectify the situation, including replacement or refund if that becomes necessary. Carrier damage is not your fault so I will work with you, just stay in touch and communicate the issues.

Additionally, after receiving a shipping notification from me, if you have not received your item within 10 business days (for domestic orders) or 4 weeks (for international orders), please contact me.

Please also note that, although every effort is made to photograph my items accurately and describe my products in detail, I cannot guarantee every computer monitor will accurately depict the actual color of the merchandise. Please contact me with any questions about the color or size of any item before purchasing.
